Bare-root irises will be despatched in late summer/early autumn or in spring depending on availability. Every effort is made to ensure you receive your plants in good condition but if you are not satisfied please contact us immediately by phone or e-mail and plants will be exchanged subject to availability. No liability is accepted for any costs above the price of plants and delivery. No responsibility is accepted for plants grown in unsatisfactory conditions. Plants in pots, subject to availability, may be collected at any time of year. Please plant bare-root rhizomes as soon after receipt as possible.
